Refurbished apartment with 5 beds, in front of the swimming pool, where you can freshen up during the hot and wonderful summers of our region. We have preserved the original walls with exposed brickwork and wood beams; in the kitchen you can still see the old stable rings that were used to fasten stock. The flat is presented in a contemporary style with two cosy double bedrooms and retains many charming period features of the rustic furnishings. One of the bedrooms leads out directly to the garden. The flat is completely fitted with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV and air conditioning, although even in the hottest summer days there is no need to operate it thanks to the thick bearing walls. The kitchen boasts private access to the porch, “portico” (large patio area) in exclusive use, where Pio Carlini, being the host and a renowned enologist, frequently organises wine tasting sessions of his extraordinary wines.
